Geographic Region: Birth to Five Council Regions
Illinois Birth to Five Council regions are derived from ISBE regions. Each council is a grouping of school districts served by their Regional Office of Education or intermediate service center (ISC) in suburban Cook County.
All site-based data (e.g., child care, PFA) andall demographic data are available by Birth to Five Council region on the IECAM database and Regional Reports. Non-site-based data (e.g., home visiting, early intervention) are only available for Area I-A (Chicago).
