Illinois' Birth to Five Action Councils Schedule Kickoff Events

Learn more about the state's new early childhood community systems infrastructure at several regional kickoff events taking place virtually in February. 

According to the Birth to Five Action Councils' Twitter page, "Ensuring all children and families have access to the services they need will require a wide range of stakeholders to work together in every community."
