IDHS Releases Home Visiting Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

The Illinois Department of Human Services’ (IDHS) Division of Early Childhood (DEC) has announced their SFY23 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the IDHS-DEC Home Visiting Program (formerly known as Healthy Families Illinois or HFI). The NOFO is posted on the IDHS Grants webpage, under Early Childhood.

PDF versions of the NOFOs can be found on the GATA portal under the CSFA tab.

Note that starting in SFY23, there will be a single IDHS Home Visiting (HV) program that will be partly supported by MIECHV funds and partly supported by IDHS state home visiting funds.

Interested applicants are required to send a non-binding Letter of Intent by Friday, March 4th.
