Chicago Public Schools (CPS) has committed to ensuring that preschool-aged children with disabilities can receive bussing to, from, and between their home, their CPS school and the community-based preschool they attend.

Services will be available to students attending community-based early childhood programs who are required to attend a CPS school to receive their special education services. A community-based preschool can include a Head Start or child care program. The daily route must be the same, but can be anywhere within the City of Chicago.

For more information, contact the Office of Diverse Learner Supports and Services. This form will need to be filled out and submitted to the CPS school where the services are provided.
