This past Monday, the Erikson Institute gave a sneak peek of its “Illinois Risk and Reach” report at the City Club in Chicago. This report lays out 14 risk indicators faced by young children in Illinois and then shows that government services and resources don’t always match up with areas throughout the state where these risks are more pronounced.

The full report, a collaborative project of Erikson, Illinois Early Childhood Asset Map (IECAM), and the Fiscal Policy Center at Voices for Illinois Children, will be released on March 29th. Read more about the report sneak peek in this article from WBEZ.
